Therese helped me with my lower back, shoulder and neck pain. She's very professional, knowledgeable about pain management through massage, essential oils and holistic measures. I would recommend an hour or hour and a half massage. Therese adheres to protocols for proper sanitization and mask wearing.

Therese is so incredibly talented. By far the best massage I've ever had. She found areas of tension that I didn't even realize were bothering me, and was able to make progress on a back spasm issue that I've had for years. Go see her -- you won't regret it! My massage was at LVAC.

I have been seeing Therese for about a year. She does an excellent job and is fun to work with. The facility right in downtown Evanston is easy to get to. Highly recommended! Easily five stars.
