I went in for treatment with a healthy dose of skepticism that the TMJ treatment would help with my reoccurring tension headaches. I have been SO pleased with my results after working with Liz and Jackie. My tension headaches and jaw tightness have improved considerably! Highly recommend this treatment.

I was not sure how effective trigger point work could be long term for my persistent jaw and neck issues. Let me tell you…it works and it LASTS. I went from having daily headaches and near-constant neck tension to those two issues becoming rare events. Jackie is fantastic and set my treatment plan effectively. David…can’t say enough good things. He’s kind, exacting in his approach, and puts you at ease. And did I mention this treatment works? So happy I gave this a try. I can’t recommend Somavida highly enough.

I have been getting neuromuscular treatments here regularly for at least the last 6 years to maintain my body for my sport, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The practitioners at Somavida are extremely knowledgeable and skilled in their craft, and they care about the people they are treating. In particular, Yu is absolutely magical. She has fixed my broken (or about-to-be-broken) body countless times over the last several years and I don't think I would be able to keep doing my sport at the level I do without her help.
