I first requested an estimate for furniture and rug cleaning from a competitor of Nahigian, but never heard from them. I will be tactful and not mention their name. Nahigian, on the other hand, called one day after my e-mail, very professional, making useful suggestions and giving me cost estimates, subject to actually inspecting the rugs.The various crews for furniture cleaning, rug pick-up and delivery were on time and used protective covers over their shoes.
