Heather Christain is an incredibly experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated physical therapist. She is candid and encouraging in her assessments and is up-to-date on current practices, recommendations, and procedures. A couple members of our family are current/former patients who have seen her for arm, leg, and hip issues. Every condition we have gone to her for has been successfully managed. She explains her assessments very clearly and we always feel like active participants in our care. We have been given easy-to-follow regimens and have experienced newer procedures like cupping and dry-needling. We are so grateful to have found her!

This was my first time using a PT. Overall, Heather was absolutely great. I came in with what I expected to be a shoulder injury and she was able to, within one session, narrow it down to what the actual issue was. I followed her exercises and within a few days of doing them and after spending around 2 weeks in pain, sometimes aggravated serious pain, the pain started to reduce. Within 1 week, the pain was almost all but gone and we started to work on stretches to prevent the issue from happening again. Heather is fantastic! Took my son (13) an elite junior golfer to see her for a workout evaluation to make sure he was doing multiple exercises correctly. She was able to evaluate some areas of concern and provide him with a plan to strengthen these areas without causing injury.Within an hour she had the detail evaluation with workouts and supporting videos email to my son and self…just awesome!Heather is caring, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable!
