He did a preliminary observation and report of the structure for a house we were considering purchasing. The house had major structural issues. He identified several causes and solutions to resolve them. It was a very fair price for a simple consult.

Moshe was very accommodating in scheduling. Efficient, knowledgeable and thorough in determining what work needed to be done. He was quick to return calls as was his office. Will definitely be calling him again with any future needs!
