She listened to everything I said. I received the best care from access that haven’t received in four years my Previous doctors. now I know booking an appointment it’s hard but it’s worth the wait because if all doctors are like Dr Khalid. I will highly recommend you to Wait and have an appointment with ACCESS.“

“I would like to update my previously low review with some updates. I continued to go to Northshore after some negative experiences because there were considered to be one of the top hospitals for a specific surgery I needed. I had major abdominal surgery and my surgeon was amazing in his skill and bedside manner. The experience as a patient was the best I have had to date and I have been inpatient at too many hospitals to count. The Nurses that cared for me kept me free of pain & comfortable. Other hospitals I have been driven to tears so many times because they make you wait 2-3 hours past the time they should be giving you pain medication or I would have to wait up to an hour for a response to my room at all. Here the nurses are there to help you before you even push the button. They are smiling and caring as well , no sour faces here. This hospital is making great strides I would only suggest they have some type of check and balance system for making sure all of there Doctors practice good bedside manner. I have had a few really good Dr's here and a few that were at the opposite end of the spectrum.“

“Their emergency room is absolutely 10 out of 10 very professional the doctors that see you seem more informative then the hand specialist i was going too they answer a lot of questions for you this place is top notch i love their attitude with the other patients too even offering some people down on their luck a little help we need more emergency rooms like this one, they also had a ent years ago at this location that solved some pain problems for me no other doctors could, he solved it so well i never had to take the medication for it again“
