I was 15 (!!!!!) minutes late to my appt. Every employee regardless was so kind to me after I arrived. I was stressed, out of breath and sweating. They got me a makeup remover wipe for my face and a glass of water:) we chatted it up before getting started. I felt so well taken care of. Anyway - my lord. I am Never going to anyone except Ellie, who works at this location, when it comes to getting lip injections. I had beyond a lovely experience today. She is not only attentive, detail-oriented and personable: she also communicated with me the entire time, answering every question I had in detail. Ellie for sure has a very reassuring vibe. -- high caliber sense of aesthetics, and attention to detail, etc. Seriously The Best: placement of filler & evening asymmetry 10/10!! I'm really happy rn. I am so so happy with the results I got yesterdayyy.
Had a great experience over at Evanston LaserAway!! Ellie and Kaitlyn were kind, patient, and so supportive. Came in for a consult on a service I didn’t know much about. Ellie took her time explaning the service and providing advice and guidance on the best treatment. Kaitlyn was a guru with the numbers! She made sure I was getting the best bang for my buck and provided me with multiple options, ensuring I was comfortable and full understood how many monies were being spent.
