I had such a great experience from the customer service with Mary Ann greeting me at the door to Danny tailoring my favorite suit. Definitely the most professional job I have ever had done. Saved me hundreds from either renting or buying another suit. Super affordable and worth every penny. Danny really has mastered his craft. I will be back for sure!

Above & beyond when it comes to service! Victor saved my husband’s job interview with the fastest turnaround ever before we even moved to Evanston. Now that we’re here, Lake City is our cleaners! (My husband got the job! ☺️). They take very special care of our clothes & household items - always exceeding expectations. Recently I brought in a delicate item I had torn. I wasn’t expecting it to be salvaged, but they did such a great job I can’t even detect where the damage was!Finally, it wouldn’t be a proper review without mentioning Maryann.
