Integrated Physical Therapy and Yoga, Becky Paulin-Liston, PT

Becky was an enormous help to me when I was experiencing tough, stubborn chronic pain in my back and another time in my hip. She is so thorough, kind, and supportive in her work. I always feel better after my treatments with her, and she gives very clear, doable instructions for what to do at home between visits. I highly recommend Becky and her physical therapy and shiatsu services!

Becky does the most thorough physical therapy evaluations that I’ve encountered. Each time you come in, she reevaluates again based on current state, anything you’ve noticed while doing the stretches and exercises and any other new information. She supplements her extensive physical therapy experience with yoga therapy and shiatsu. She also offers workshops and weekly yoga classes that can help keep your body healthy and prevent injuries. My shoulder is stronger, stabler and hasn’t felt this loose since I was a kid.
