Rented a van the associate just opened the doors and said the is no garbage we expect it back the same way. I drove off thought nothing of it. When I got to my destination and started loading merchandise I realized there was oil all over the floor and on the back step. I was 4 hours away. Couldn't just turn around and get another one. I had to load my boxes like that and they all got wet with oil. When I spoke to the manager he said he would look into it and call me back. Finally after a few days he said the operations manager wouldn't do anything about it since I signed and received the van that way. I am not the type to complain but this was a truly awful experience. On 4/3 I purchased a new washer/dryer and a new fridge. They scheduled my delivery for Monday 5/9. That day, only the fridge could be delivered because I was told I didn't order a stacking kit for the washer/dryer. It was displayed stacked in store and I was never even offered the chance to purchase a stacking kit-how would I even know as a first time buyer? So they took it back, I went to order a stacking kit that day and my new delivery date was today, 5/14. The same gentlemen came to deliver and I was told that I needed longer gas/water lines, why wasn't that told to me back on 5/9? They... read full review
