Very unprofessional company. I was quoted $500 to have my front garden re-mulched and my backyard tree trimmed - when the day of the service came, the workers had no idea about the tree and refused to take care of it. I messaged the owner and he said he would come - after four months, no one ever came. Since then, I have paid weekly and the scheduling is erratic at best, often skipping service weeks altogether. The final straw was me paying over 3 weeks ago for a service I have yet to receive - I had to message the owner 4 times and threaten to dispute the charge before he replied. I told him his crew never came to mow the grass - he said "they claim they did.".... read full review
