Very unprofessional company. I was quoted $500 to have my front garden re-mulched and my backyard tree trimmed - when the day of the service came, the workers had no idea about the tree and refused to take care of it. I messaged the owner and he said he would come - after four months, no one ever came. Since then, I have paid weekly and the scheduling is erratic at best, often skipping service weeks altogether. The final straw was me paying over 3 weeks ago for a service I have yet to receive - I had to message the owner 4 times and threaten to dispute the charge before he replied. Throughout the season, I got text messages asking me what my name was (months into working with them) - clearly because the record keeping is terrible. For all I know, they performed lawn services at another house thinking it was me. There are WAY better options out there, do not do business with this company, incredibly unprofessional. The owner does not speak English and relies on his son to translate, so any issues will quickly devolve into a "he-said, she said" situation and you will not win.The owner has zero interest in retaining customers and would rather dispute a weekly $30 charge for 3 weeks rather than make things right when he is clearly in the wrong. I have found a new provider and could not be happier - I suggest any potential customers do the same!In the end, I told him to keep the $30 because it was not worth dealing with such an amateur organization. Poor customer service, incompetent staff. If you do have dogs, watch out as this service forgot to close the gate to our yard multiple times after several repeated requests. We have a puppy and specifically put a sign on the gate to close it. Yet they left the gate wide open at three different occasions. How difficult is it to close someone's gate?
