They were 5 hours late, they left water all over the kitchen, and locked me out of my house. Then I was harassed for 24 hours demanding payment. No apologies, no discount, I spent $300 on a cleaning that was slightly above average, I had to pay a locksmith $300, and I was horrified at their customer service. Will never recommend or use again. What a shame.
