We were doing a major remodeling of a 120 year old bathroom. Their work was perfect. They had important, very impactful design ideas that they shared and implemented very cost-effectively. They were cooperative, efficient, and whenever a problem came up, it was solved within an hour. They twisted their schedule around some unpredictabilities on our part. What else could one ask for?

1st time calling a plumber: a leaky hot water valve gave us concern but after a quick phone call in the morning, the technician arrived by early afternoon and had the job done in an hour!
I appreciated that during my initial call I was able to send a video and photo to CJs co-owner and coordinator so everyone was on the same page about the issue. Later a photo of the technician was sent to me so I would feel safe and certain of who it was attending the job. He was pleasant to talk with and explained what he assessed the damage was that caused the leak and what he did to remedy. CJ Plumbing & Heating did an excellent job! Management was very polite, professional and responsive to all communications, and Lenny did a wonderful job on the installations in our home. Would highly recommend!
