Amazing place! Highly recommend this location!Back in September they were able to find replacement frames to fit my lenses after my kids broke the frame.Today they saved the day again! There was a screw missing and they were able to make a quick repair! Truly appreciate the team for making my day!! You guys have saved me twice!!Thank you so much!

Had a great experience in the initial visit. Got my glasses pretty fast. When I got them the lenses didn’t feel great. The staff was fantastic. Didn’t make me feel bad for stating my needs. I forgot what real customer service was!!

Today I was visiting Evanston for Christmas and sat on my glass and almost destroyed them. I stop in the store and Christina helped me in a very professional and nice way.She got my glasses fixed and I was very happy.
