I am impressed with the reviews that Eric has received. I think the man who built the house Eric is using would be glad to see his practice of excellence is being carried on. The man who was the builder of his home also built many of the large lakefront homes in Evanston in the early part of the 20th century. I still have some of his hand tools. Carry on the good work.

Met with Eric the other day about a small deck project we had in mind. What a pleasure. He was honest and took the time to think how I would best be served with my idea. He gave me what I thought was a fair price, and as soon as the weather breaks we are going to move forward. Thank you Eric
