Ascension Saint Francis - Rehabilitation Evanston

The in hospital service was awful. The radiologist was rude. The customer service is just as bad. No one answers the phone and you are constantly redirected to the wrong place. Then when you finally get a hold of them they do it wrong and you have to start all over again months later.

This "hospital" is a joke. My husband's condition has been getting worse for the last 2 days ever since I took him to the ER but no one can do anything because apparently they only have one single ENT. Like what kind of third world country conditions is this? Do yourself a favor and take the people you care about somewhere else.

Their emergency room is absolutely 10 out of 10 very professional the doctors that see you seem more informative then the hand specialist i was going too they answer a lot of questions for you this place is top notch i love their attitude with the other patients too even offering some people down on their luck a little help we need more emergency rooms like this one, they also had a ent years ago at this location that solved some pain problems for me no other doctors could, he solved it so well i never had to take the medication for it again
