Do NOT buy flowers from this company!!! I purchased a floral basket thru FTD for my Mothers 75th Birthday yesterday (i spend a lot of money and upgraded to Premium package so my Mother would have extra flowers on her special day). FTD used this Business. What my Mother received was like a Kindergartner put it together. I have a claim in with FTD to get my money back. Flowers were wilted, brown greenery, and wilted to where they wouldnt stand up within a couple hours after receiving them. Buyer Beware!!! Thank GOD for Blooms2 (a local competitor) who saved the day by putting together an amazing display of flowers for my Mother to enjoy. Save you and your loved ones time by going to Blooms2 in the first place!

I've ordered a couple times from this joke of a business and would recommend you buy flowers from a grocery store instead. I've ordered large arrangements and been told noon for delivery times and 5 phone calls later and they finally get dropped off around 4 or 5. Hastily thrown together and nothing close to what you ordered. I've requested my money back every time from this place. How they stay in business is beyond me. If you pay 60 or more dollars for a large arrangement and they show up 4 hrs past the delivery time they have told you with an arrangement that looks to be a very meager small arrangement you probably wouldn't pay 20 dollars for you best bet I want a refund back. My girlfriend waited around all day yesterday for this arrangement to arrive just to be completely saddened and disappointed by this pathetically put together arrangement. I wouldnt give you one star. I'm still waiting on your response and refund.

We ordered flowers for our boss with very specific details of what we wanted and they were NOT what we ordered. Not even the right colors! Very disappointed.
