I've always used All Natural Services to clean my carpet and upholstery. They're excellent and the cleaning does not leave a chemical smell. Today, I tried something different when I realised that they also clean dryer vents. I called them out to clean my dryer vent that I've always suspected was not hooked up correctly to the outside. There was a bulge on my vinyl around the decorative vinyl piece and when I tried to clean it from the outside, I got pieces of loose foil tape, insulation, and of course, dryer fluff. John and Dylan are amazing and knew what to do. John took off my vinyl trim, vinyl dryer piece, inspected the housing around the dryer vent, and determined that there was a break between the inside pipe and outside pipe that someone had taped together a long time ago with foil tape that came apart, so dryer fluff was indeed getting into my wall. He removed the loose dryer fluff, loose insulation, loose metal tape, and built a new wooden housing for a new metal pipe that goes continuously from the inside of my laundry room to the outside of the house. My vinyl trim no longer bulges, and I feel so much safer. He replaced the vinyl siding on the outside with the vinyl piece that goes over the metal pipe. I've probably asked a dozen people the last decade for help with this project and no one either understood it or were willing to help. John is very smart and very good with home repairs--along with carpet, duct, and upholstery cleaning. A++
