If I could give this company 20 stars I would however 5 is the max. This is customer service on a level I have not seen in 30 years. For a long time, I've felt taken advantage of, felt like I've paid too much, felt like the job was sub-par, felt like I was just a number or a money grab for a less than acceptable chop job, etc. etc. This company is on another level. Something the service industry used to be; Reliable, fair priced and skilled. Unlimited Heating and Cooling, Inc. really does care about their customers. We have relied on this family run business for over 30 years for all of our HVAC needs. Their service has always been prompt, reliable, and fairly priced. They have always responded quickly to emergency repair needs, even in bad weather. Great bunch of people!
5 Stars! I've used Unlimited Heating & Cooling for 19+ years and recently replaced my A/C unit. Family owned and everyone is terrific to work with. Trustworthy, friendly, and reliable. Highly recommend-customer service at its best!
