My boss recommended Spencer Roofing to me after I mentioned to him that another roofing company had given me a very expensive quote to patch a leak and told me I needed to replace my roof in less than a year. I figured it was worth getting another opinion and called - I'm so glad I did. Andy came out (on a holiday weekend no less) and quoted me a fraction of what the other company was going to charge me, told me the roof was overall still in good condition (except for the area that was damaged - ostensibly from renovations from before I bought the house 6 months ago), and had the problem fixed the same day. Reached out to a roofer that said my job wasn't big enough for them. Second place I reached out too was extremely over priced. Contacted Spencer Roofs for a repair. Came over immediately, ordered replacement parts and banged out the job. They are extremely reasonable and went above and beyond, they even helped me paint a small spot high up on the house. I will be using Spencer for any and all roof needs from here on out!
