The wait was only 20 minutes and I was able to check in on my phone. Got a message of when I could head that way. Their app is very easy to use. We had 3 different ladies whom I wish I could remember their names. They each cut my children's hair and they did amazing. My kids are 6 & 3 years old and they had a blast. We Will definitely be going back.

I have a great clips by my house I've gone there a few times but they always cut more off than what I asked so I tried the store and met Katie. First time using her and she cut my hair perfectly and did exactly what I asked thank you very much I really appreciate it
