“UPDATE .....Changing my review to 5 star as they have reached out to my husband directly and addressed the issue. They were very apologetic and sincere. My husband and my boys will still be going here. As I mentioned we love going here and it's unfortunate that the last visit we had was bad. Could've been a bad day. Apologies If I had reacted harshly. I was just upset for my husband. Thank you again for quickly handling the issue. You've gained a loyal client with us..........My husband and my boys has been going to Mackhard for awhile now and we,very always had good service and we never had a complaints. Everyone there is very experienced .... BUT ...Today, my husband had a haircut with the guy stationed by the window today, didn't get his name but he butchered my husband's scalp. He left with cuts and punctures in his scalp. Never going with that guy again. I wish I can warn you properly to avoid this guy by giving his name but didn't catch it. I hope the owner of this Mackhard Elmhurst location takes a look into this matter.“
