    I have had such a great experience with every person I have interacted with regarding my CPAP great. Placing my order, my initial concerns were addressed and met. All my worries and anxieties were calmed when I was taught how to use everything. And when I had extra questions everyone went above and beyond. When it came to wanting to try something different it was addressed asap. Everyone that has helped me has made me feel heard. Thank you team, I am looking forward to the future if working with you!!

    Eight years ago, I got my CPAP machine through Advocate Health at Home. The packet that I received with my CPAP seemed professional and the gentleman who handed it over to me seemed knowledgeable and caring. I therefore assumed that I was in good hands. But after so many years of incompetent service, rudeness, convoluted systems, horrible customer service, and condescending demeanor, I decided to write this review. I am honestly not sure what else to do. There is no one to complain to or phone number to call.     This place is a joke. No one ever answers the phone and the recording places you in a continual loop so you can't even leave a message. It would also be nice to know their hours. The location could be closed but you will never know. Terrible service.
