if you're looking for a pulmonologist Dr. Pantano and Dr. Diamond are a couple of the best lung doctors that you can get, they take the time to talk to their patients, even their family, so they can give you the highest quality of care, Its exceptional along with the wonderful staff, they are always smiling and happy, which is pretty great for a doctors office.!

I don't usually write reviews for doctors offices, but I've never had a bad experience at this place.I used to be a patient of Dr. Massie, I was hesitant in making another appointment because he was so great I didn't think I'd work well with someone else. I finally made an appointment (they got me in literally two days later) with Dr. Slota.I showed up a bit of a mess due to a stomach issue I was having, I probably didn't look the happiest. Brian took me from the waiting room and made jokes with me while checking my blood pressure and pulse, he really uplifted my mood and even grabbed me a water when I felt lightheaded. So, we went there to determine why my hubby couldn't sleep, we saw a Dr on that day, and she seemed very knowledgeable and thoughtful. She suggested melatonin for sleep, which did not work. I then called them and left messages on five separate occasions. None of which were returned. We had already ordered a sleep study (there suggestion) which was scheduled 7 weeks out and were told we were put on a waiting list. I called on 3/30 to see if there had been any cancellations, and they were still waiting for approval from ins. I called the ins that same day and a request had just been put in on 3/29. No wonder we hadn't been called! The day before our scheduled appt I called to see if it had been approved and it had not! Turns out most ins comp will not approve an "in house" sleep study until after an "at home" one is done. Being a sleep center, they should have known? Anyway, when they finally returned my calls, I told them we had moved on and would no longer need their services, she was rude and condescending in tone. Sad that the staff is so uncaring that they can't even return a call and when they FUINALLY do there rude!
