OHi has been improving the neighborhood one home at a time for over 100 years. As their family business has grown and evolved over five generations, the name has changed, but the exceptional service, expert advice, and exclusive products they offer have remained the same. Customers can stop by the one-of-a-kind home showroom to get ideas and meet with a design consultant to reach their home goals. OHi completed a kitchen renovation, and the designers were easy to work with, making it convenient for the customer. During the renovation, they did their best to not interfere and keep everything as neat as possible, as the customers were still living in the house. The project manager, Chris, was very attentive to the whole process, answered all questions and concerns, and ensured everything was to the customers' liking. OHi also helped another customer figure out how to update their home to meet their family's needs. While an addition was initially the only option, OHi came up with a great plan that used the space more effectively. The OHi team helped navigate the design choices and did a great job managing the construction project, leaving the customers very happy with the new spaces. In another kitchen remodel, the customers were thrilled with the quality of OHi's work. The small but mighty kitchen is stunning, and the employees were punctual, courteous, and respectful, finishing the project ahead of schedule. The designer, Izabela, was patient and guided the customers towards choices that created a beautiful and cohesive kitchen. The project manager, Chris, stood out for his responsiveness, care for the project, and his ability to resolve an issue that arose during the project to the customers' satisfaction.
