Their services ended up being not quite what I was looking for, but their service representative Scott still took the time to speak with me extensively about alternative options that would both suit my project & my budget.It's so refreshing to find a company that is honest & communicative, even if you decide to look elsewhere for services. Scott was extremely thorough and helpful when it came to figuring out the source of the mold smell in my basement. He explained all options, never tired of answering questions, and he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't truly need. He is very honest and trustworthy and you get the sense that he truly cares, which is rare to find these days. Prices were reasonable. I will be using Medallion for any future mold remediation needs.
I loved working with Medallion Healthy Home. They are extremely knowledgeable about their trade and explained their process thoroughly. The end result is exactly what they explained. Home smelled and looked totally refreshed. Very easy to work with. I highly recommend this team!
