Great job, I brought in my Saeco Exprella machine for repair and I was very pleased with the service and price of the repair. I have had the machine now for 12 years and have used Mati for service twice and was happy with the results both times.

From my initial phone call to picking up my perfectly repaired Francis Francis XI espresso machine , Mati Coffee & the tip top staff never dropped the ball! They answer the phone promptly. They are familiar with all types of high end machines. You bring your machine in. You provide an idea of its issues. Before you know it : your machine has been repaired to work better than it did in the box when it was new! My only regret is that I spent $1500 on this machine when I could have bought a much better one from these people . Oh well. Mati will provide my next machine . Next. Brought our Delonghi espresso machine in for repair and the entire process was excellent. They called with an estimate and again when the machine was ready for pick up. Couldn't be happier with the level of professionalism! Thank You!
