Lakeview Appliance is a terrible company, they will allow their technicians to discriminate against customer, they will not take responsibility for their actions, they will easily tell you that they will be back, but then file a safety concern and never call or let you know, their technician is questionable, in regards to skills, meaning he probably doesn't know what he is doing. if you are a customer that is calling whirlpool for warranty repairs, and they say this company is coming, tell them them, you want a different repair company.
Called them to work on my 2 uline beverage fridges - they came 3x and the issue was not resolved. Paid them $462 and issue was not resolved despite 3 visits days off to be on site and never any clear answers. Very frustrating. When I reached out to get a refund, they chose not to get back.
Rep showed up, said that if my intermittent issue didn't happen while he was standing there, there was nothing he could do. Packed up his stuff and left after 10 minutes. Garbage-tier service.
