Judgement free zone!! And not just from the coach from the members too! I always feel comfortable working out and my daughter wanted to be strong like mom so I signed her up for the kids zone! She loves it too!
I started attending small group functional training classes at Get Fit EGV | CrossFit Elk Grove Village at a friend's recommendation and they were exactly what I needed for my busy work schedule. Coach Ro not only helped me modify the movements to suit my level of fitness, but she also showed me how to play to my strengths so that I could see my potential and recognize my achievements.
