It’s a small office, relaxed environment, friendly staff. Doctor has good bedside manner. I explained my spinal issues (past & present) to her. I was there for intermittent lower back pain. First adjustment was great. I felt loose. Second adjustment seems like a nerve was disturbed and I had difficulty walking. This pain was worse than anything I had been feeling. I was told sometimes it gets worse before it gets better but after 24 hours it was unbearable. Ibuprofen and acetaminophen did nothing. Dr C. found a rare condition (Chiari Malformation) involving my daughter and this has been huge for our family. I will forever will be thankful for Dr. C. She is caring, knowledgeable, intuitive, and incredibly supportive. A life saver. And her staff is wonderful.
I am 37 weeks pregnant and walked into my 9am appt with Dr. Maria Castellese only to find that they do not follow Covid protocols. The 3 staff members I saw and other patients in the waiting room were all without masks.I went up to the front desk to voice my concerns and was giggled at and so I left.What a waste of time and unprofessional staff.
