you guys used to call as a reminder the day before my appointment. This was always a huge help! But lately, I've been getting reminders two days before my appointment. I have missed a couple of appointments due to this. Please, call me the day before my appointment. Thank you so much for listening! Great place for low-income families.
My experience here was great! The nurses and doctor were very friendly and patient with me. Answering all questions and concerns I had along with providing great care for me and making sure I was comfortable. Seeing that it was my first time here, it definitely won't be my last!
One star is because it is an actual, physical building. The second star is because if you are dedicated enough you might get something resembling healthcare for a moderate price.
I had an appointment for 1pm. I showed up about 10min early to get paperwork done. Nope. There are four people in line and one person working reception. It takes 30min to process us. Wait another 10 to get called back, not bad. Now in the isolated waiting zone (IWZ) I wait and listen to everybody laughing and chatting outside the door. 20ish more minutes pass in the IWZ before somebody comes in.
