“Booking process is easy although it tends to be more tedious than other salons with forms to fill/sign and texting pics of your hair. Also the last minute cancellation policy is expensive at 100% of the service price (charged to your CC on file) should you not cancel appropriately. In contrast, I was called 40 min. Before my appt. and informed my stylist left and I could go 40 min. later with a less experienced stylist or not go at all. On a Saturday. They put me in a tight spot after many many appointment confirmations so I went with the flow. Upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised at the speedy check in and attentive service. Well, it was a blessing in disguise since my replacement stylist turned out to be the best I've ever had! She was truly wonderful and blended my color perfectly! I also can't say enough good things about the stylist who did the finishing blow dry and style. Absolute queens. Checkout was a breeze and I booked another appointment. I highly recommend this salon. The person who helped me over the phone helped me schedule my mom a full day at the spa. Their spa packages and specials are priced so well!
