Service is flip floppy and staff changes a lot. They are very nice BUT they don't like negative feed back even if its not coming off as rude. Super sensitive dentist. Just take accountability and fix it. She didn't fill my teeth properly and she thought it was a stain and it was a cavity. Ummm no.. Now I need veneers for sure.

I have seen several dentists for years. Some have drilled my teeth and left them, some have told me I had no choice but to get braces to close a gap, others who told me I was out of luck, nothing can be done. Others that wanted 7000.00 to put Implants in the front and so on. Smiles of Elgin, specifically Dr. Bansal is the only person who helped me. Upon my first visit, he fixed others mistakes, came up with reasonable solutions and offered suggestions that no other Dentist has. All within a reasonable price. The staff are all exceptional, the nicest staff in a dental office I've ever experienced. They have waited for me when they were ready to go home knowing my schedule...read full review

I am obsessed with this dentist office. THEEEE nicest people work here. Shout out to my Sasha!!!!! She makes every single visit the best visit!!!????? My teeth look and feel great! NEVER have I loved a receptionist so much!!! The dentist here are wonderful and caring and great at what they do! In my opinion everyone should go get a gorgeous smile here. ???
