Michael showed up and walked me through the entire process "pre bid" he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Then just as importantly they showed up and did exactly what he said. We had a new build out at our offices recently so there was a lot of dust and small debris to contend with and never did he try and "upsell" me on anything. Had another great experience with Quality Carpet Cleaning this morning. It was the first time in our new home. As usual my experience with Michael the owner was wonderful. Though our carpet was only two years old it definitely needed it in the traffic areas Once again my wife and I were delighted with how our carpet turned out and very satisfied with the service we received. Michael was very informative on the phone and explained the process in detail so we felt comfortable and knew what to expect. We received quotes from more than three different carpet cleaning businesses and the cost that Michael quoted us was very fair and offered the same services as the competition. Michael and Juan arrived about 10 minutes early which was perfect so they could set up and begin work promptly at the time they said they would start. They were happy to go over trouble spots more than once and use other cleaners in order to get the tough stains out.
