Just amazing. Gary is the most thoughtful, professional "quality" expert on most brands. Keeps his word. Arrives on time. He's my "doctor" -- fixing/maintaining household appliance wellbeing.

Gary came out and reviewed the problem. It turned out not to be the dryer at all but blocked vents. His honest assessment saved me big bucks. They repair all appliances and I will definitely not hesitate to call them again.Service: Dryer repair

Called to ask for repair service on my LG. Not sure who I spoke with but the gentleman helping me out told me I’d be better off getting a new washer machine versus him coming out and charging me for the repair which would come out to the same price as a new machine. I really appreciated his advice and honesty.
