“I was looking for companies to supply items for my new garden center. I was directed to several companies that represented various manufacturers of goods. I called CCM and was directed to their Sales Executive. He came out and was interested in my business plan and local market. From there, he asked who I was targeting for my consumers and what I thought would be good products for my business. He listened and worked with me to form an order best suited for my business. He was not pushy and said that I should not feel forced to take on so many products at once. His company has a mix and match program that covered mulch, dirt, bag stone, patio pavers, water softener salt and firewood. I was able to combine them to get just one full load to start my season. The items I ordered were delivered on time an he personally came out to check on my order and make sure I got everything I ordered. I could never have imagined that I would be treated so well by a vendor. They seem to be focused on the people and their customers, not just profit. I highly recommend them and will be doing more business with them soon“
