Leith H&C has been maintaining my HVAC system for 7 years.
I finally made the decision that my 20 year old inefficient heating/AC system needed to be replaced and called Brian to give me some options. We settled on a 18 SEER Bosch heat pump with a dual fuel 2-stage furnace. The team at Leith removed my failing furnace and installed the new Bosch system and Ecobee programmable thermostat, humidifier, and Honeywell Merv 11 filter bank in one day! We had Sean come out to review our AC and check a loud banging sound from our walls and attic. He arrived on time and was extensive in his testing on what may be causing our banging sound; going in our attic, checking outside, climbing on our roof, checking the furnace area, testing the vents, etc. He also cleaned and maintained our AC unit outside. He was professional and communicated what was going on throughout the visit.
