Currently gathering bids for my building in crest hill and Tahsin has been phenomenal to work with. On the initial walk through he introduced himself and was kind and courteous. Answered all my questions and submitted proposals in a professional and timely manner. We have a few projects around my building strongly considering this company to complete everything all together. Will update review and tell everyone how the work was done once completed but so far o am impressed with the level of professionalism that has been presented thus far.
We had an EDCO steel roof installed. Lakeshore is very knowledgeable about how to properly install this product and the rep explained everything they were going to do and why. Recommended if you are considering a steel roof.
ADDENDUM: I am editing my review to 5 Stars. After my initial review, I received a call back from Tahsin Rahman who was very concerned about my dissatisfaction. He was extremely helpful with resolving all previous issues and has done so to my satisfaction. Yes, I would highly recommend this company and, in fact I am having additional work done by them in the near future.

2 or 3 Stars only.....sorry. I used this service just to add Trex 'wrap' and footing around 3 deck beams. I provided a board left from my original Trex deck installation for color matching. Work was done when I wasn't home. Needless to say, 3 1/2 beams... read full review
