We just lost a loved one and needed to get information about the process as all of this was new to us. The guy we spoke with was EXTREMELY INSENSITIVE and RUDE. I am not one to leave reviews unless I strongly like or dislike the service and this one I STRONGLY DISLIKED. It was the best option financially BUT we ended up going with another funeral home. This is a very sensitive time and instead of being helpful the guy was completely the opposite. This is the last place anyone should work at if they lack compassion and patience. I would NEVER use this funeral home!!

In the past 10yrs, I have been here to say goodbye to 3 friends I grew up with. Each time I go, I never recognize my friends during the wake. The makeup looks old, tired, school marm. The hair is not right & a different color than it was 7 days before!. The chapel maybe blue, but it lacks warmth, the air feels stale. It felt like a dmv waiting room.Laird did transport my Great Grandmother's Body to St Louis to be buried next to her Husband and Sisters. I would not do a full layout funeral here. I rather encourage everyone look elsewhere.
