“We called Even Flow at 6am and Judy answered the phone. We told her the hot water tank was leaking and she asked that we send her a picture of the tank’s information. At 9am that same day Ben came to look at the tank. I had a lot of questions which he answered and even brought up some things we didn’t even think to ask He said he would get a tank but not that day. Since I was leaving that day and was going to be gone a few days, he turned off the water and gas to the tank so I didn’t have to worry. The day I came home John arrived at 8:15am with the new water heater. He said it would take approximately 2 hours to install and another 45 minutes for the water to get hot. Giving a timeframe was something I appreciated. After the installation was complete, John turned on all of the faucets in the sinks and showers to be sure everything was fine. Before he left he cleaned up everything so well no one would have known any work was done on the water heater. I LOVE everyone at Even Flow as they have super service and share information with you.
