The major issue I have is the phone system. No one answers. You have to leave a message for a call back and it takes days for a call back. Worst phone system ever. Scheduling an appointment is a nightmare. When you do it online, it doesn't guarantee your spot so what's the point? The nurse practitioner was okay but I'll see a doctor next time.
My 1st experience with Elgin Endo was great! Needed a new gastro since moving to this area and was a little nervous having colonoscopy in a new setting & new doc. Dr. Kosirog was everything you want in a doc from being well versed in my history to being kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Every staff member was great, including Celina, Jean, Traci, and Daphne! I do understand people upset with long wait time to schedule, but to me, that is also a sign of a good group of doctors. The phone frustrations are real, but everyone I did talk to was very helpful. Everyone was so nice and friendly and helpful. Any time I called. I got a very positive response and it wasn’t a problem. If I didn’t feel like I was bothering them or agitating them I loved the service the doctor, the treatment everything even after my procedure my doctor was so sweet and so nice explained everything in detail so I can understand exactly what she was saying. Thank you guys for the best treatment I’ve ever had.
