Lost my clothes. All the lady said was "No" repeatedly. I had my receipt ticket and they couldn't find my clothes. The woman spoke no English other than no. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. look at the other reviews.

Took my expensive Santa suit there for cleaning. Was told by another cleaner they could do the job and the owner said yes they could do a good job. It was supposed to be ready in a week. When I called they said it would be another 5 days. On the day it was supposed to be ready I called 3 times and got hung up on 3 times. I went over and the owner who didn't speak much english said they couldn't do it because the colors might bleed. I reminded him he said he could do the job when I brought may suit in. Also, I asked if he couldn't do the job then why did he keep my suit an extra week? No answer. His wife then brought the suit out, not hung up and threw it on the counter. My Santa season starts in a few days and I don't have a clean suit. Under no circumstances would I recommend that anyone take anything to First Cleaners. In my opinion they are not First Cleaners, they are last cleaners!
