Worst place ever to work for the employees are amazing but you are not allowed to go on break They skipped their lunches and the manager Todd is very two-faced he is nice to your face and he acts very polite to your face, but then disrespect you behind your back I was working there and this guy literally act friendly to my face when I left work, then called the temp agency. I have had problems ever since they laid the floor may 2022 , 3 weeks after , I had maybe 7 or 8 pieces that slid , all along a wall, they had to be pulled and nailed Now winter comes and I have more gaps , which is completely common with humidity,Well it's June and I still have 2 pieces I can fit a 25 cent piece into !Again these 2 are along a wall !My basement was half wood floor and 12 carpet ,I had my company lay some floor and I have yet to get a gap anywhere, They laid the floor , sept of Oct 2022Even through the winter not one gap !I was told today , that they refuse to fix these 2 pieces because of the RH of the house ,Since April , I have a digital RH reader And I have been 40's all the way to 50's I'm told they like the RH 35-35I spoke with 2 flooring contractors today , both said " they will have to cut those pieces out , whoever did the work they cut the pieces to short" !!Both told me the Relative humidity is not the cause !!I will video , have them measure what is there , and what we put in ,

We built a house in 2020. When flooring was first installed it was nice. A few months after living in our home I noticed some edges popping up. I told the builder and they contacted CFO. When they came out the first the employee was trying to blame us for “water damage”. It was determined it wasn’t water damage the buckle was caused from the flooring being too tight. The part that was buckling at the time was super glued down to “fix” the problem.After a few more months I noticed the buckling was getting worse in more places.
