When I was suffering with severe pain, his staff worked to quickly get me an appointment (basically unheard of for a neurologist). He was extremely thorough in taking my medical history and completing an exam. Dr. Durrant and Christine are the best example of how doctors and assistants should be! I had a back issue that I was being treated for elsewhere. To make a long story short, I would probably STILL be waiting to be seen by the surgeon within my insurance group. Dr. Durrant and Christine went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. They advocated for me, they listened, they spoke with me after hours they took their time with me. They were incredible thru the entire scary process for me.
