Commercial and private owned businesses beware doing business with Centimark! I was dealing with a leak in my facility for multiple months that was supposedly repaired by Centimark finally solved it by bringing in an actual professional company! I was tired of waiting for a guy to come out when he did he denied warranty and said they had no records when I had everything and the only company called to my facility was Centimark. After calling the new guys I was shown the repair that’s was made and honestly looked like a kindergartener did it but best believe my company received a huge repair order. Stay away from these money hungry company!

Serious roof leak at Reserve on Washington causing over 2 inches of water to come through. Refused to cooperate with insurance and has spent over a month trying to cover up their failed sealing of the roof. Pay out the tenants who are displaced.

CentiMark installed a new roof that failed miserably displacing elderly tenants for over a month. No accountability. Roof is finally sealed properly but the tenants belongings are still wet from over 2 inches of flooding.
