Since moving back to the suburbs in 2020, my wife and I have used a few landscaping companies with mixed results (lack of professionalism, poor or slow communication, failure to do all of the work requested/paid for, overcharging for fairly basic jobs). ETB has been the opposite of that so far. Within 48 hours, ETB responded to my message, visited my property, and provided an estimate that was very reasonable. The company provided very clear instructions for payment and scheduling, and managed to send workers the morning after I paid the 50% deposit. What's more, a manager/service rep came to the property both days the workers were here to make sure they completed everything on the work order and to confirm that everything had been done correctly. All in all, I'm pleased with the work they did and the professional manner in which they did it.

My son and I just walked out of Sports Clips after getting a haircut. We have always gone to the Sports Clips. ( I have 3 boys). The new male stylist they hired did a complete hack job on my son‘s hair. I am not a professional and I could’ve done a better job. It’s like a four year old took scissors to his hair. Do not let the male stylist cut your hair or your child’s hair.
With that said, another stylist fixed my son’s hair and they gave me a coupon for a free haircut. I was VERY IMPRESSED by how they fixed the mistake that was made on my son’s hair! Thank you. After many, many years of going to this location, even after this event, I will continue to go to this location!

I found this place exploring downtown Elgin. Stay Sharp is wonderful. Ive always received my haircuts at the local places and no disrespect to them but it's different when a barber cuts your hair. They also provided a wonderful shave. Bryan was my barber and he took his time and used precision to do everything. Emmanuel, Nestor, and Marco are also over there and I watched them all work tediously aiming for the perfect cut. Keep spreading that LOVE gentleman, it shows in your work. Thank you.

I woke up this morning and discovered N O WATER, YIKES!!!! After calling city, neighbors to see if they had water, etc. decided I must call a plumber. One could come out on Monday. Today is Thurs. That wouldn't work. Finally called Alexander. The gentleman said he could be here in 30 minutes. And he was. Another one of his staff arrived shortly. They were courteous, put "booties" on to keep my floors clean. Diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Cannot beat their rates. Highly recommend Alexander Plumbing. Joan G.

I can’t say enough good things about All Make Appliance repair. They have fixed my refrigerator, washing machine, and dish washer. They are honest and very knowledgeable.
The crew showed up early and called first. They placed corner protection at every corner so their hoses did mark the walls. I had the older carpet deep cleaned , they use a comercial floor Machine to scrub the carpet. Then spray and suck. Then rake the carpet. The carpet that is newer i just had it sprayed and sucked. Great work. I will use again. I give this company 10 stars.

We are delighted with all three of the large projects All Around Home Improvements has completed on our 1894 Queen Anne: a porch restoration, a complete window replacement and a gut rehab of an old bathroom. Scott Savel is an able and thorough craftsman who deals calmly with the "surprises" an old house frequently holds and works meticulously to restore old details. Most of all, I'm impressed by the intelligence and enthusiasm he brings to his art. For example, he worked from a faint shadow on our front siding to reproduce the embellishments on the porch posts that existed when our house was built 119 years ago. He found an ingenious way to make a bathtub fit in a space that was 1/2 inch too small. He arrives on time. His estimates have been accurate. His advice has been invaluable. I recommend All Around Home Improvements without reservation!

Just had them replace our front cement stairs and sidewalk with stone. They did a fabulous job!! Couldn't be happier. Very helpful and patient (changed my mind on stone color 3 times). They added mulch to empty areas and cleaned up very well. Would highly recommend them!

I found Suburban dental because I was looking for a new dentist and being that Dr Rubina specialized in sleep medicine it seemed like a good fit. I was having issues and was recently diagnosed with severe apnea. After getting a few fillings repaired and some cleanings I moved forward with the oral appliance. It is the best thing that ever happened to me. Everyone at the practice is kind and accommodating. Tina actually switched the billing for me on the appliance to go through after Jan1 so I wouldn't lose the payment towards my deductible right at the end of the year.
Dr Silfies is the only dentist I will ever trust my care to. She is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and compassionate. My entire family sees her including my grandchildren. She genuinely cares about her patients.
I've been going to Northeast Family Dental for 20 years, & my teenage son has gone there his entire life. (They offer adult & pediactric services.) Everyone in the office is so friendly & welcoming, from Francy at the front desk to Tiffany & Tish, our hygienists, to Dr. Arshad, they are all wonderful. From a service perspective, they are thorough & will provide recommendations, but aren't always trying to upsell or push unnecessary services. When they do have a recommendation, Dr. Arshad takes the time to explain why he's recommending the service, how its done, and the benefits it offers. He also asks questions, & listens to your responses, engaging you in the process, and ensuring a continuum of care. They are also very conscious about ensuring your comfort & reducing anxiety. In all the years we've gone there, we've never had an unpleasant experience. I highly recommend them.

A family member recommended Dr. Jung to me and I began seeing him at the beginning of the summer. I had been having lower back pain for months and was seeing another chiropractor, seeing little progress. I was able to see results with Dr. Jung after a few visits and in very grateful to him for helping me get back to a place where I'm able to have an active lifestyle again. I greatly recommend him and his services to anyone who is looking for help with their own back pain.

I have been a patient of Dr. Waldo for about 10 years now. There is no one else I trust and I recommend him to anyone looking for chiropractic services. He is passionate about his work and is never pushy when it comes to treatments or products. He truly just wants to take care of his patients. His massage therapists are wonderful, and the other staff members have been nothing but kind and professional. He has transformed his “newer” space beautifully and I look forward to enjoying some of the spa-services in the future as well!

Due to ongoing chemo infusions and daily pills, I developed Type 2 diabetes which led to severe neuropathy of the feet. Dr Horn listened carefully, performed a complete sensation test of my feet and hands confirming the problem. At that point, I was taking 4 prescription meds a day. After the first month of in office treatments, the pain and stinging subsided, and by the end of the treatment program I was med and symptom free. Based on my ongoing Chemo treatments, Dr Horn advised ongoing at home treatments which have been excellent. I continue to be essentially pain free and couldn't be happier. Dr Dorn has an excellent and caring staff and I give his practice my highest recommendation. Thanks to all!

Renee is incredible. My nerve not working after a knee injury and surgery, and as a result my quad was not firing and was atrophying. Even after 6 months of PT 3x per week with a physical therapist I still was not getting results with my quad. I saw Renee m, who pinpointed the issue and provided electroaccupuncture over several sessions to get my nerve and quad firing up again. And guess what?! My quad now works great. I'm incredibly thankful for her expertise.

Kendall Road Equine Hospital is a place I’d describe as liking and appreciating, but hoping to avoid if possible! Lol
I’m very blessed to have an equine hospital like Kendal Road Equine Hospital near my barn! Over the past several years I’ve used this hospital for my own horses as well as helped others with their horses during emergencies and trust their staff to be willing and honest with me about the care they give. I’ve seen different veterinarians and veterinary technicians over my visits and I appreciate the communication they have with me, which isn’t always the strongest point in a veterinary facility! In my experience they have been good at being forthcoming and helpful about anything they aren’t comfortable or not able to do at their facility and make suggestions accordingly.
In addition, I’ve also used Kendal Road Equine Hospital for other non emergencies. My horses and I have had good experiences with the staff and especially like the convenience of the facility!
The goal is always to avoid situations needing the vet but it’s great to have good ones like at Kendal Road Equine Hospital when you need it!

We have always been really happy with Dundee Animal Hospital. Dr. Lathrop and staff are wonderful and provide compassionate, straight forward care at standard prices. I like that they also have an after hours service and hospital should we need it.

We love the pawber shop. We have an anxious dog who also has arthritis and they are very patient and gentle with him. Been going for about 3 years now and we can usually get in pretty quickly.
