From the very start I new I was in good hands. We had an emergency situation with out furnace in our home due to flooding from a broken water supply line from our main level to our basement. When I called frantic, I was greeted by an extremely empathetic, calming, and caring receptionist. A repairmen was sent to our home and arrived quickly. The repair person was courteous, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issues quickly and had everything in his van to repair items that were needed. We decided to go with Orange to replace our furnace based on Google reviews and were not disappointed. From the initial walk through, to the fair offer, to the finished installation they were professional, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. They explained every step (and in non HVAC company verbiage). We will be using them for all our HVAC needs in the future.Service: Installation
Orange Home services came out 2 years ago when our furnace went out just a couple of weeks before the Polar Vortex. The entire team was fantastic. We had heat back in our house in two days. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Thank you!
