“This family run business really cares about their customers and the community. They aren't "just in it for the money". We've had them take care of several things at our home today. It was an evacuation pump (sewer related). Kevin, a newer employee, but with 26 years of experience was so kind and informative. He helped us make the decision between replacing a switch and replacing the pump, but we felt very comfortable along the way. He also went out of his way to inspect a few other things that I had concerns about. He was so clean and wiped down all the surfaces with Clorox wipes, including the door handle on his way out :-) But he was so kind, impersonal patient and knowledgeable. I would say this is consistent of all of the Herra employees that I have encountered so far. I definitely recommend them !“

“From the very start I new I was in good hands. We had an emergency situation with out furnace in our home due to flooding from a broken water supply line from our main level to our basement. When I called frantic, I was greeted by an extremely empathetic, calming, and caring receptionist. A repairmen was sent to our home and arrived quickly. The repair person was courteous, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issues quickly and had everything in his van to repair items that were needed. I was impressed by the preparedness and honesty. Often feel like contractors take advantage of these situations and this was certainly not the case as we were put at ease. The price was super fair especially for an emergency response.
