We discovered damage to the duct work in our church due to animals. When we called Steffen's, they came out the same day to give us a quote. The man who came went under the building 4 different times to be able to evaluate the entire system. They came back in a timely manner to complete the job. Had a gentleman from the company come to my house this morning to service my AC. I wish I’d have gotten his name, but he was so patient and waited on me to get back from taking my kids to school. He took his time and throughly explained to me the parts, filter, etc. Very kind, patient, and took the time to educate me on how to keep it running smoothly. I had to head to work, so he told me what he was going to do. Then he shut my lights all off when he left and left my house the way he found. Truly appreciate him, the company, and the effort to make your customers happy!
Absolutely!! Over the lunch hour, I noticed my furnace wasn’t kicking on and the house was starting to cool down. Knowing the temperature was supposed to get down around 40 degrees tonight, I called Steffens and they were able to work me in and send someone out before the end of the work day. Thankfully, it was an easy fix for the service man. Thankfully, my dogs and I will be warm tonight. I highly recommend them to anyone with heating and a/c needs.
